Rethink using AI

A new species of company is emerging —
human-led, Agent-operated.

I'm building one. I help others build theirs.

Founder & CEO of CocoViral — chat to create viral videos.

• Ex-ByteDance — early member on core TikTok teams, promoted 3× in 4 years, leading elite teams of 100+. Multiple products each reaching hundreds of millions of users.

• Serial founder; some bets paid off, all of them taught me something.

• Running a company with an AI Agent team — doing the work of 20 people at ~$2,500/mo in tokens, replacing $20K+/mo of human labor.

• Obsessed with AI Agents in production. Running JetAI Flow to bring the same operating model to top North American teams already betting on AI — clients include Nextiva, SingleGrain, and more.

If your team is still hiring humans to do what Agents can now do better, we should talk.

A belief about the market. About people. About myself. Each failed startup removed another illusion — and what is left is not more knowledge, but fewer things I am wrong about. Here is what I stopped counting as evidence, and why I start again anyway.

DeepSeek Shipped a Harness That Doesn't Need DeepSeek

On August 13, 2026, a model company open-sourced an agent runtime in which its own model is just a plugin. The architecture is elegant, the usage patterns are genuinely new, and the strategy underneath is the most aggressive thing DeepSeek has done since R1.

Cinema Studio: What Higgsfield Actually Built When Everyone Else Was Wrapping Models

Cinema Studio started with a kangaroo clip generated at 5 a.m. and became a filmmaking system with cameras, lenses, focal lengths and genres. The interesting part is not the features — it is the layer Higgsfield chose to own, the one that survives every model swap.
